These Terms of Service apply to the Jorvellas online store at jorvellas.com, operated by Hangzhou Wenyin Technology Co., Ltd. By placing an order, you agree to these terms as applicable to the transaction, subject to your mandatory legal rights.

Using the store

Use the store lawfully and provide accurate information needed for an order. You must have legal capacity to enter the transaction, or appropriate authorization. Do not interfere with the store, misuse forms, attempt unauthorized access or submit fraudulent transactions.

Product information & images

Read the product description and any confirmed specifications before ordering. Images identified as concept visualizations illustrate an intended design and are not evidence of independently verified materials, dimensions, capacity or certification. Background objects and styling accessories are not included unless expressly listed. Screen settings can affect color appearance. We do not use illustrations to override a confirmed product description or your rights concerning misdescription.

Prices, payments & errors

Store prices are in USD. Shipping and any applicable checkout taxes are displayed before payment. Available payment methods are those actually offered by checkout; a decorative payment icon alone does not establish that a method is available. If an evident pricing or listing error affects an order, we will contact you about an appropriate correction or cancellation and refund where due. We will not silently charge a higher amount.

Orders & confirmation

An automated order acknowledgment confirms receipt of the order information. Order processing remains subject to payment confirmation, address details and availability. If an item cannot be supplied as agreed, we will contact you and offer the applicable remedy rather than substitute an unrelated item without your agreement.

Preparation, delivery & risk

The Shipping Policy sets out charges, destinations and the separate preparation and transport windows. Standard preparation is 5–10 business days and standard carrier transport is 10–15 business days after dispatch, giving a combined standard planning window of 15–25 business days. These are planning estimates. Any rules about responsibility for delivery are subject to mandatory consumer law.

Changes, returns & refunds

Requests for changes or cancellation should be emailed promptly. See Order Changes & Cancellations and the Return & Refund Policy. Return requests may be made within 30 days after delivery. No term removes a legally required remedy.

Care & appropriate use

Follow the instructions supplied with the actual product. Keep arrangements stable and do not infer load capacity, electrical protection or child suitability from an image. Desktop organizers are not represented as safety equipment. See our Care & Use notes.

Intellectual property & third-party services

Store content, branding and original layouts are protected by applicable intellectual property law. Do not reuse them commercially without authorization. Shopify hosts the store, and external service providers may handle payments or other features. External sites have their own terms and privacy notices.

Privacy & communications

The Privacy Policy explains personal information processing. Transactional messages are used to service an order. Marketing choices can be managed through the available consent and unsubscribe channels.

Liability & matters outside our control

We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the site. If an event outside our reasonable control affects an order, we will communicate the issue and applicable options. We do not exclude or restrict liability where doing so would be unlawful, including any mandatory consumer remedy.

Governing law & disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China, subject to any mandatory protections that apply where you reside. Disputes may be submitted to a competent court at the company’s location, without excluding any non-waivable rights to bring proceedings elsewhere. Please contact us first so we can try to resolve a concern.

Changes & severability

We may update these terms for future use of the store. The version applicable to an existing transaction is not retrospectively changed to remove accrued rights. If a provision cannot be enforced, the remaining provisions continue to the extent permitted by law.
