Shipping Policy

This policy explains how orders placed with Jorvellas are prepared and delivered. Read the preparation and carrier stages together when planning an order.
Delivery destination
Our current sales and shipping destination is the United States. An address must be accepted by checkout for the order to be eligible. We do not promise delivery to an address for which checkout cannot provide a shipping option.

The free-standard-shipping threshold applies to merchandise after discounts and before shipping or taxes. Available services and the final charge appear at checkout before payment. Expedited shipping does not remove the preparation stage. We do not advertise a guaranteed expedited arrival date.
Preparation and transport are separate

Preparation and carrier transport are consecutive stages. The combined standard planning window is therefore 15–25 business days, rather than 10–15 business days from placing an order. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays affecting the relevant preparation location or carrier. These are planning estimates, not a guaranteed arrival date.
Confirmation, preparation & dispatch
Preparation starts after order/payment confirmation and once any information needed to process the order is available. If we need clarification about an address or another essential detail, we will contact you. Carrier transport starts when the parcel is dispatched, not when the order is placed. We will notify you if we become aware of a material delay.
Tracking
When shipment tracking is available, the dispatch notification will include the details. A tracking number may be created before the carrier records its first scan; label creation alone does not mean carrier transport has started. Contact us if tracking does not progress as expected.
Address corrections & cancellations
Check your shipping address before submitting an order. Email service@jorvellas.com as soon as possible to request a correction or cancellation. Include your order number and the requested change. Changes depend on the order stage and cannot be guaranteed after dispatch. See our Order Changes & Cancellations page.
Delays, missing deliveries & damage
Weather, customs, holidays, carrier disruptions and incorrect or incomplete addresses can affect delivery. If an order appears delayed or marked delivered but cannot be located, check the address and any safe delivery area, then contact us so we can review the shipment and appropriate next steps. If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, retain the packaging and send a description and, where practical, photographs. Photographs help review the issue but do not remove your statutory rights.
Taxes, duties & additional charges
Taxes calculated by checkout are shown before payment. If customs duties or carrier charges could apply to a particular shipment and are not included at checkout, contact us for clarification before ordering; we do not describe an order as duty-paid unless expressly stated. No charges are paid through unsolicited links sent by us.
Returns & support
Our Return & Refund Policy explains return requests and refunds. For delivery questions, contact service@jorvellas.com with your order number. Nothing in this policy limits mandatory consumer rights.
