Place items thoughtfully

Use a stable, level surface and keep the arrangement away from a desk edge. Spread contents sensibly and avoid overloading trays or drawers. Do not infer a load rating from a product image.

Cleaning

Remove contents before cleaning. Follow the supplied instructions. If material-specific care has not been confirmed, avoid soaking, abrasive tools or aggressive chemicals and ask us for clarification.

Work around electronics safely

Do not cover ventilation openings or trap power leads. Keep liquids away from electrical equipment. A cable holder is an organizer, not electrical protection or a strain-rating certification.

Shared spaces

Keep small accessories out of reach where they could present a hazard. Products are not represented as toys or child-safety equipment. Check the intended use of the actual item.

When something seems wrong

Stop using an item if it is unstable or damaged and contact service@jorvellas.com. Include the product and order reference and explain the issue.
