Where do you ship?
Our current destination is the United States, subject to an address and service being accepted at checkout.
What currency do you use?
Prices and shipping thresholds are in USD. Your payment provider may apply its own conversion or transaction charges.
How much is standard shipping?
Standard shipping is $5.99 when the discounted merchandise subtotal is below $50, and free at $50 or more. Expedited shipping is $7.99 where offered at checkout.
Preparation and transport are separate

Preparation and carrier transport are consecutive stages. The combined standard planning window is therefore 15–25 business days, rather than 10–15 business days from placing an order. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays affecting the relevant preparation location or carrier. These are planning estimates, not a guaranteed arrival date.
Can I change an order?
Email us promptly with the order number and requested change. We cannot guarantee a change once preparation or dispatch has progressed. See Order Changes & Cancellations.
How do returns work?
Request a return within 30 days after delivery. Contact us first. The buyer pays change-of-mind return postage, and the default return address is the company address in China. See the full Return & Refund Policy.
When is a refund processed?
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 10 business days after receipt and inspection of the return. Bank posting time is additional.
Are styling accessories included?
Only items expressly identified as included belong to the order. Background accessories and concept visualization props are not automatically included.
