Jorvellas is operated by Hangzhou Wenyin Technology Co., Ltd., the controller responsible for the personal information described in this policy. Shopify provides the ecommerce platform. This policy explains what we collect, why we use it and how to make a privacy request.

Information we collect & sources

• Information you provide: contact details, delivery and billing addresses, order information, account details and messages to support.
• Transaction information: items ordered, payment status, refunds and delivery information. Payment providers process payment credentials; do not send card details to our support email.
• Information from use of the store: browser and device information, IP address, pages viewed, cookie identifiers and interactions needed to operate, secure and understand the store.
• Information from service providers: payment confirmation, fraud assessment, platform events and delivery updates associated with an order.

Why we use information

We use information to provide the store, process and deliver orders, handle returns and support, maintain accounts, prevent fraud, meet legal obligations and improve the shopping experience. Where applicable, optional analytics or advertising uses depend on the relevant settings, consent and rights. We do not treat your visit as consent where consent is required.

Service providers & sharing

Information is shared as needed with Shopify, payment processors, delivery and fulfillment providers, hosting and technical providers, and support tools. You can unsubscribe from marketing email using the link in the message. Unsubscribing does not stop necessary order or account communications. Submitting a support request does not by itself enroll you in marketing.

We use reasonable measures to protect information, but no system can guarantee complete security. Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or obtain a copy of information; restrict or object to certain uses; withdraw consent; or opt out of sale, sharing or targeted advertising as those terms are defined by law. We will not unlawfully discriminate against you for exercising a right.

Children & third-party links

The store is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect children’s information without the legally required basis. Contact us if you believe a child has provided information. External websites have their own privacy practices.

Shopify privacy information

Complaints & updates
